USING THIS WEBSITE
You may use this website for lawful personal purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse its forms, submit fraudulent information, or copy or commercially exploit YTL-owned or licensed content without permission.
EVENT INFORMATION
YTL provides event information in good faith. Dates, times, venues, lineups, programming, and other details can change when reasonably necessary. Review the current event page and your ticket confirmation before attending; those materials contain the applicable event details for your purchase.
AGE AND ENTRY
Age and entry requirements vary by event and are shown on the relevant event page or ticket information. Attendees are responsible for satisfying the requirements listed for their event. For example, Obsession: Halloween Night is a 19+ event. A ticket does not remove an event’s stated age or entry requirements.
TICKETS AND PAYMENT
Tickets may be sold through Ticket Tailor or another provider identified for the event. Purchases may also be subject to event-specific terms and the ticketing and payment providers’ terms. Availability and prices can change between ticket tiers or drops. The price and terms presented during checkout apply to that order.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Ticketing, payment, and social features may be operated by third parties such as Ticket Tailor, Stripe, or social platforms. Their independent websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. This does not limit obligations YTL has under applicable law.
YTL CONTENT
YTL branding, website design, original graphics, and YTL-owned or licensed photographs and content are protected materials. Do not reproduce them commercially without authorization. Some event materials may belong to artists, venues, partners, or other rights holders and are not claimed by YTL.
LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, YTL is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or circumstances beyond YTL’s reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and Canada.
