ABOUT THIS POLICY

Your Time Is Limited (YTL) is a North Bay, Ontario event and nightlife brand. This policy explains how YTL handles personal information when you use this website, contact us, join YTL Insiders, or take part in an event.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Event Services inquiries: first and last name, email, phone number, event type, expected guest count, venue or location, preferred date, and the event details you submit.

YTL Insiders: first and last name, email address, and optional phone number. The signup currently sends the submitted details to YTL by email for handling.

Ticketing: Wix Events or Ticket Tailor may process ticket orders, and Wix Payments or another payment provider identified during checkout (including Stripe where used) processes payment information. YTL may receive order and contact details needed to administer an event or help with a purchase. Payment information is handled by the applicable provider; YTL does not collect or store complete card numbers through this website.

Technical information: the website host may process IP address, browser and device information, request details, and server logs needed to deliver, maintain, and secure the site.

This website does not currently use Google Analytics or advertising trackers, and does not intentionally set non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. Ticket Tailor or Wix checkout may use their own technologies under their respective policies.

When YTL uses Wix’s visitor-authenticated checkout, a Wix visitor session is stored in browser local storage so the ticket reservation and hosted checkout remain connected. This is functional checkout storage, not an analytics or advertising tracker.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

• Respond to Event Services inquiries and provide customer support.
• Administer ticket purchases and events.
• Manage YTL Insiders and send YTL announcements, ticket drops, offers, and updates when you have agreed to receive them.
• Operate and secure the website, prevent fraud or misuse, and meet legal obligations.

YTL does not sell personal information.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

YTL uses service providers needed to operate its website and events. These include Vercel for website hosting, Wix Events and Ticket Tailor for ticketing, Wix Payments and other payment services identified at checkout, Resend for form notification email, and Google Workspace for business communications. Providers process information for their relevant services and have their own privacy practices. YTL does not control independent practices outside the services they provide to YTL.

PROCESSING OUTSIDE CANADA

Some service providers may process or store information outside Canada. Information handled in another jurisdiction may be subject to that jurisdiction’s laws and may be accessible to its courts, law enforcement, or regulatory authorities.

RETENTION AND SECURITY

YTL keeps personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, business and legal requirements, dispute resolution, and security. When it is no longer needed, information is deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of as appropriate.

YTL uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information involved. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

YOUR CHOICES AND PRIVACY QUESTIONS

You may contact YTL to ask about access to or correction of personal information, raise a privacy concern or complaint, or withdraw consent to marketing communications where applicable. Marketing messages will include an unsubscribe method, and YTL will process unsubscribe requests within the time required by law.
